About Me

I am a licensed Mariage Family Therapist specializing in work with children and their families, as well as, Mothers of children with Special Needs. I have been practicing psychotherapy for 30+ years and have an adult child who grew up having special needs. The stories I write about are based on client stories I have heard over the years and thus the names, sex, and ages of the children and parents have been changed to disguise their identity and protect their confidentiality.
